- What services do you offer?
- We repair phones (iPhone, Samsung, all brands), laptops (MacBook, Dell, HP, Lenovo), tablets (iPad, Samsung Tab) and gaming consoles (PS5, PS4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch). We also buy used iPhones for cash.
- How long does a repair take?
- Most screen repairs take 30–60 minutes and battery replacements 30–45 minutes. More complex repairs take 2–4 hours. We offer same-day service for most repairs, and walk-ins are welcome.
- Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
- Yes — 3 months warranty on screen repairs and 6 months on battery replacements. All repairs include warranty on parts and labour. Warranty does not cover accidental damage or liquid damage.
- Where are you located?
- 2 Rochester Parade, High Street, Feltham, London TW13 4DX — near KFC. Free parking is available nearby.
- What are your opening hours?
- Monday to Friday 9am–7pm and Saturday 10am–6pm. Closed Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome any time we're open.
- Do I need an appointment?
- No appointment needed — walk-ins are always welcome. Booking ahead guarantees your preferred time slot and lets us have parts ready.
- What brands do you repair?
- All major brands: Apple (iPhone, iPad, MacBook), Samsung, Google Pixel, Huawei, OnePlus, gaming consoles and more.
- Do you use original parts?
- We use high-quality aftermarket parts with warranty included. Original Apple parts are available on request at additional cost.
- Is my data safe during repair?
- Yes. We don't need passwords for a screen replacement, and we never access your personal information — your photos, apps and data stay completely safe. We still recommend backing up your device before any repair, just to be safe.
- How much do repairs cost?
- iPhone screen from £24.99, Samsung screen from £49.99, battery replacement from £24.99, and laptop repairs from £49.99. The final price depends on your device — we always quote before starting any work.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
- Do you buy used phones?
- Yes — we buy iPhones in any condition, whether working, with a broken screen or water damaged. Check our Sell Your iPhone prices, then bring your phone and photo ID for instant payment.
- Do you offer printing and photocopying?
- Yes — black & white prints/copies are 30p per page, colour 60p, and A4 photo prints £1 per page (A3 on request). Print from our in-store PC, send your file on WhatsApp or email, or bring a USB stick.
- Can you repair games consoles?
- Yes — PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch. HDMI port repair is £70 with a 1-month warranty, a service & clean is £45, Switch charging-port repair is £45, and controller stick-drift repair is £30.
- Do you repair iPads?
- Yes — iPad screens, batteries and charging ports across all models. Ask in store or on WhatsApp for a quote for your model.
- Can you fix a phone or laptop camera?
- Yes — we repair front and back cameras on iPhones, Samsung and other phones, plus laptop webcams. Ask for a quote for your device.
- Do you remove viruses and speed up computers?
- Yes — virus and malware removal, clean-ups and tune-ups from £39.99 on laptops and desktop PCs. Bring it in for a quote.
- Do you sell chargers, cables and Bluetooth headphones?
- Yes — we stock chargers and power (including universal laptop chargers), charging cables and adapters, HDMI cables, storage, cases, and wired, wireless and Bluetooth headphones. Pop in to see what's in stock.
- Can you fit a tempered glass screen protector?
- Yes — we sell and fit tempered glass screen protectors for phones and iPads, including kids' iPad cases. Ask in store.
- Do you repair laptop screens and keyboards?
- Yes — we replace laptop and MacBook screens, batteries and keyboards, and fix charging ports, hinges and cooling. Free diagnostic on laptops; ask for a quote.
- Do you build or repair desktop PCs?
- Yes — custom and gaming PC builds, upgrades, repairs and data recovery. You can bring your own parts. The desktop diagnostic is £45 and includes labour.
